Commercial Ad
I had hoped to create a commercial for a hardware store and then subsequently create an ad for the commercial. If I ever needed help I could ask my teacher Ms. Harriman or one of my fellow students. We were given a rubric and also had access to recording equipment to help us with the project. Now that I am finished I have created the commercial and ad and uploaded them in my portfolio.
2nd 9 Weeks Reflection
In this quarter, I needed to make a music video and a commercial using Adobe Premiere. I went to some of my peers and my instructor for help with the software and the filming equipment. For the music video I used clips from a tv show that would fit with the song that I selected. For the commercial, I partnered up with a peer and used a client interview form to decide on what the commercial would be about, how it would be presented and what elements to implement into the ad and it's design. Before finishing each project I reviewed with my peers and instructor to find anything that could be immproved before producing the final copy. I am extremely please with how my music video fits and flows smoothly with the music and how the commercial has both comical and serious points.
